What We Do
Red Wine & Blue Civics is a non-profit organization devoted to empowerment through civics education. We host events, trainings, and creative campaigns to provide factual education within our communities.
Events
Our judgment-free events are shaped by what our community tells us they want to learn more about – from public schools to reproductive health to the economy to local government. Sometimes that means hearing from an expert. It always means connecting with other women who are experiencing the issue firsthand. Either way, these are honest conversations where no question is off the table and you’ll always leave knowing what you can do next to make a difference.
Trainings
Want to find out how to do more? Our trainings cover how to talk to your neighbors about hard topics, how to spot disinformation before you share it, how to organize a group in your own community, how to use your voice in ways that actually get heard. You don’t need a background in policy or advocacy. You just need to want to start.
Creative Campaigns
The conversation doesn’t stop when the event or training ends. We create educational campaigns that break down complex issues and make them easier to talk about with the people in your life. Think: fun explainers, conversation guides, step-by-step toolkits, and creative ways to get engaged.
